RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, please return it and the price you paid will be refunded. Postage costs will not be reimbursed. However, a reply paid code will be emailed to you. You can print this off and attach it to your parcel.
If you have ordered more than one of the same product and are wanting to return all the items, apart from the first one that has been opened, the rest of the products must be returned unopened. If all products have been opened, only one of those items will be refunded.
SHIPPING INFO
All products will be shipped via Australia post. Express post will also be available.
If you live in the Geelong region then you can choose either the local pickup or post options.
